Monday - Saturday from 19:30 to 22:30
Sunday (from June 2 open in summer)
The catering service will be suspended from 10/08 to 31/08

From June 2, we are also open on Sunday (open in summer) and offer the following services:
- Great buffet and swimming pool
- Baby sitter for all children 3 to 10 years (exclusive entry to max 35 guests with reservation)
Traditional, home-grown produce
Our buffet breakfast is a real treat: try our home-made jams and fruit juices, fruits of the forest grown organically in our orchards, as well as our delicious home-made cakes and other specialities based on our farm produce.
Our freshly-baked bread, made from cereals grown on our farm and milled in the ancient Riccardina flour-mill, is expertly prepared by our bakers and releases a mouth-watering aroma reminiscent of days gone by.
Meals are served in the spacious air-conditioned dining room with tall windows overlooking the gardens and stunning views of the sunset in the evening. In the warmer months, dinner is served outside in an idyllic setting framed by the leafy gardens.
In keeping with the tradition of “Bologna la grassa” (Bologna “the Fat One”), our chef creates menus with local specialities. However, in an innovative twist, tasty traditional recipes are reinvented with a lighter touch to embrace a healthy eating diet and lifestyle. Our age-old regional and family recipes are prepared using local produce such as the famous PDO potato from Budrio (a nearby market town) and ingredients grown on our farm: from cereals to vegetables, from forest fruits to grapes, without forgetting bygone flavours such as “saba” (a type of syrup made from grapes using an age-old artisan method), elderflower and acacia used to enhance simple but refined recipes.
